Victor graduated from the University of Ottawa with a degree in Economics in 2002 and soon after completed several mortgage financing and appraisal courses through Seneca College and the University of British Colombia.

He started his career in the mortgage industry in 2002 working with a prominent Canadian mortgage lender. Over the next several years he gained experience at four different mortgage lenders working in both the residential and commercial mortgage sectors. In 2008, he joined The Mortgage Centre as a Mortgage Agent.

Victorʼs experience working as a lender gives him an excellent perspective in advising clientʼs on their best available alternatives and options.

With over 7 years of direct experience working as an Underwriter for several lenders, Stephanie has quickly become an invaluable asset to the Go Approval team. Her diverse underwriting management experience also gives Stephanie an in-depth knowledge of mortgage solutions. Her long-standing relationship with numerous lenders affords her the ability to find the best mortgage solution for her clients. Stephanie values the strong relationships she has built over the years with her clients and lending partners and credits her transparent communication style as a foundation for her success.

Drawing from his experience in Sports Management, Leslie brings a fresh perspective to Go Approval. A team player with extensive leadership experience, he works collaboratively with his colleagues, mentoring new agents and always working towards a common goal.

His keen eye for even the tiniest detail means our clients spend less time on paperwork, making their mortgage process simple.
